(February 23, 2023, 2:54 am)My absolute favourite workout! I have never looked at working out like a fun thing to do but going to jazzercise is fun! The group of ladies and community pumping you up is amazing! Also burn between 600-750 calories a workout so it’s also an excellent way to stay in shape!

(February 20, 2023, 5:01 pm)I was a bit worried about my first class being in my mid-fifties, not have taken an exercise class in years and having absolutely no dance experience but I must say the instructors are great. Other ladies are very friendly and welcoming too. No need to worry if you can't hop and jump around as there are always options to do low impact.
