You are in good hands when you are there and they send you home with stretching and rehab exercises. Allowing you to get you back on track faster.

During this time I have been able to book Chiropractic and soft tissue therapy, Massage, and acupuncture appointments, and most recently a nutrition challenge and coaching! I am eternally grateful for all of these amazing services I have received over the years. MvmtEvolution staff has and continues to keep my mental, physical and emotional in check. Whether I am requiring a specific treatment for an injury or just needing some support or relaxation MvmtEvolution is always there for me! If not for the care from MvmtEvolution there is no way I would already be back to full strength and movement!! The exercise rehab sessions with Amanda were nothing short of amazing!!! I was able to find full mobility again, flexibility, and my strength. But beyond that, and much more important, I was able to find my confidence in myself to do the movements that I used to do. The team is full of experts in their field and I am truly lucky to have them as my team members as well! Throughout my process I saw Marla for chiropractic, Amanda from my exercise rehab, and also Andrea for my acupuncture. All three made an absolute huge difference in my recovery and I am so grateful. Top notch care and education, and I would highly recommend to anybody!
