The staff at 7 Day Permit did a fantastic job on our unconventional backyard suite design. Walk us through the design and permit process. They provided outside of the box solutions for challenges with bylaws and city restrictions. Unfortunately due to logistical challenges, we decided not move forward with the project. We still plan to use 7 Day Permit for next projects.

We contacted Rob at Seven Day Permits to assist with our commercial building permit. We tried submitting ourselves and the City came back asking for a bunch of additional information as well as Mechanical and Electrical drawings. Rob was able to work with the City and explain that this was not needed, he got our permits pushed through and approved without needing to submit anything else. Rob's understanding of the permitting process and Building Code potentially saved us thousands of dollars, anyone else could have easily taken advantage of our scenario and simply charged us for getting the additional documents and drawings the City was asking for.
