I have had nothing but increadible experiences to this point! Unfortunately our first apt wasn't until after covid 19 started so all our appoinents have been through video platforms. Daphne and Kim have both me extremely accommodating with booking flexibility, as well as the financial aspects. They really busted to make sure my daughter was seen and I had support before my benefits expired, and did everything they could to make it financially accessible to me. The actual treatments have been so helpful in our family life and home. And my daughter looks forward to our meetings with Daphne her therapist. Thankful for everything Spring OT has done for our family!
Our experience at Spring OT has been fantastic. From the initial intake phone call you really get the sense that they care about you and your child and want to get to know them. Our sessions with Christine have been educational and helpful for us and fun for our daughter. Our daughter has even asked to have her birthday party at the gym at Spring OT! Thank you to Christine and the whole team!
Spring OT changed the course of my son's school experience. He had become frustrated and unwilling to try anything school related due to his perception that he was "bad" because he had a weak pencil grip. On the advice of a pediatrician, I sought out private OT for him in the desperate hope we might be able to restore his confidence and his interest in school. From the moment I spoke to Trish for the intake call, I knew this was the place for him. Her kind manner put me at ease and 10 minutes later, she vowed that she had the "right" therapist for my son. Erin has brought my vibrant son back from the brink. He loves attending his sessions that he has named "Parkour with Erin" because of the work in the sensory gym. At our most recent session, we both marvelled at how far he had come - she could barely get him to pick up a piece of chalk when we started and now he was printing out a list on the blackboard, sounding out unfamiliar words. To say I highly recommend would be understatement. I contacted 3 other clinics closer to my home, yet I continue to choose the outstanding care at Spring OT, despite the 25-30 minute drive.
