(June 4, 2021, 7:31 pm)Kevin put in a complete purification water system on our country water well. He explained the whole system to us in detail and how to monitor the chlorine and adjust the flow. Excellent customer service and excellent water system - I wouldn't hesitate recommending Kevin and his company to any one.

These systems work great and should give many years of trouble free use. Good products, good installation and good service. Kevin provides it all!

It became very clear that Kinetico was a leader in the industry, they produce quality equipment with a full 10-year parts/labour warranty. Of the available suppliers in Red Deer, we found Town N Country Water Systems to be the most knowledgeable having over thirty years in the business. Kevin not only answered all of our questions, he also gave us a competitive price. When it came time for the install, he was there when he said he would be and did an awesome job. One week after the install, we received a follow up call to make sure everything was working OK. Not only is the product top notch, but it is so refreshing when you receive quality service like that and even better when you are supporting local businesses. We would highly recommend Kevin at Town N Country Water Systems.
