(February 22, 2023, 9:15 pm)Seriously, follow them on social media, they have the best social media presence of all the pet stores locally. This was the Kissing Booth they offered in February. We love going here. And they always have the BEST suggestions for products that we can use for the animals in our home. Recently we had issues with our older cat throwing up all the time. They suggested a powder and we used it… and the cat isn’t puking up anymore! They know what they are doing and they love our dogs. We couldn’t ask for anything more! 💜🐾

(December 18, 2022, 4:14 pm)The ladies that run this place are the best! Besides being so excited to see our fur babies, they are always so helpful with us. I feel like they love our dogs as much as we do. At Christmas they gifted sooooo much to dogs and cats and people. Their social media pages were such a joy to watch. With inflation, everything, everywhere is expensive, but we don’t mind spending money with them because they are so lovely. In fact, we’d rather go here than anywhere else just because of how much they love and treat our dogs.

I called to see if they sell CBD oil because my dog has just been diagnosed with cancer, they called the Red Deer store and had some delivered to their Sylvan Lake store for me to pick up. Amazing!

(November 14, 2018, 12:51 am)We just moved to sylvan and brought our dog to petvalue to get a wash and all their shampoo bottles were filled with water and the staff are rude as hell! So we had to find a new place to wash her and decided to give global a try. The store was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the pet bath was great :) This is definitely our new place to go!

(July 1, 2018, 10:41 pm)Love this shop. My puppies love the ladies and they always have great suggestions for my senior and allergy prone dogs. We’ve figured out with their help how to feed my big dog so he doesn’t react to his food or gain excess weight! Very knowledgeable. Awesome! Would recommend!!
