(May 16, 2021, 12:52 am)My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of Shilo being our realtor for purchasing our first home ever! She was absolutely incredibly, whenever you needed her she was there - phone call or text it didn’t matter, she responded. Any question, she had the answer or was able to get the answer and made sure we knew no question was a dumb question. There were a few bumps along the way of getting possession but Shilo kept us calm, cool and collected the whole time and we were always kept in the loop.
Absolutely will be recommending her to everyone! And will definitely be giving her a call next time. -

She is very knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to be around. Being first time home buyers, she ensured we understood every step along the way and was always there when we had questions. I without a doubt would recommend Shilo to anyone looking for a realtor.

She is a straight shooter, that ensures you are comfortable throughout the whole process. Shilo has you covered from Attics to Zebra shelters. Not sure if you should ask for the lawn gnomes in your offer? Shilo does. She’s also one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. If you have any apprehensions about buying, selling, heck even about goats, then you need to contact Shilo Reardan. Seriously. I have never posted a review in my life. That is how good Shilo Reardan is.

She was very hands on and stuck with us through the whole process and made sure we were happy with every decision. We used 2 other realtors in the past, which we would never have cared to use again, but we would definitely come back to Shilo if/when need a realtor in the future!
