(June 9, 2021, 2:44 am)Fantastic software. Incredibly powerful for running our large optometry office. There are so many modules you can select from, enabling you to run almost all aspects of your office from a single software platform. The EMR is fully customizable, even on the fly, which allows our multi doctor office to practice according to each doctor's preferences. Reporting features allow us to gather all information to aide us in optimal business development. We have added it to our 2 newest locations. Data transfer was smooth, and the integration was near seamless. Our staff found learning Visualeyes software incredibly easy and much prefer it to previous systems.

As we moved through this challenge, communication across the team became an issue. Visual-Eyes was there every time we had a question or a problem. They were quick to work with us if it meant using a different report or system or creating something a little different. Thank Visual-Eyes for listening and providing real solutions.
