All good with a purchase of rebar, until we got the bill. The delivery charge ended up being 2.5 times the quote. When confronted, they gave us some lame excuse, that the driver had to help unload.NO HE DIDN'T. Seventy pieces of rebar to chuck on the ground from a 30 inch high trailer, thanks, but I don't need help, the driver VOLUNTEERED to help. I called the Courier, and the owner was very understanding and offered to help out. The dispatch at Varsteel told us he would call us back. That was 2 weeks ago. No call back yet! Very, VERY disappointed with Varsteel's inconsideration.
