(December 22, 2022, 3:48 pm)Just installed an Eagle soft roll-up cover on my 2019 Tacoma. Initial impression with the service and product is that I could not be happier! The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions prior to purchase. The tonneau cover itself seems to be of very good quality, I think it would be VERY hard to find another of the same quality at this price. The 3rd Gen Tacoma has a lot of openings in the box, mostly around the tailgate, but also at the front. The cover came with a couple extra seals for each end of the bulkhead, as well as a roll which I used to seal the tailgate openings. Securing the tonneau was simple with the supplied brackets that bolt directly to the Tacoma rail system. Some covers use a different system and move the rails. The latch system is simple, unlatches both sides with one pull, and works well. They even included a small battery powered light with adhesive to secure inside the box. I plan to put a better lighting system on, but still thought it was nice they included this in the package.
The vinyl top and rails seem to be of a good quality and come with a 5 year warranty so I expect they should last at least that and more. Will update in the future if there is anything to add, but as noted, very happy with this Tonneau so far! -

(April 24, 2017, 4:23 pm)The get back to the customer factor is lacking for sure. I have a couple of parts that should have been a quick deliver not show up now for several days.
Then blame was laid on " the warehouse". Personally if I owned the business i would drive to the warehouse if possible have a chat with the individuals and pick up the parts in question if possible. I am still waiting for a call on the availability of some drop shackles. It makes it hard to return to a business when service is weak. I'm a nice guy, so a 3 is probably above the realistic rating. Please don't apologize....deal with the issue as its your business. Thank You
Well it is several weeks later and we are still doing the where are my parts dance. I am very sad a business supplies such poor service, especially when it isn't parts for my "space shuttle" that I have ordered. WOW
