She wears many impressive hats in the wellness world including massage therapy, wellness coaching- focusing on fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. She is also always striving to better herself with the newest education available. Her great passion towards the wellness of both herself and others is truly inspiring. I highly recommend any of her services, to feel like a better you! You won’t be disappointed!
