Janeen and Todd offer top notch service, communication and craftsmenship. We brought them our Boler travel trailer for a new frame, paint, windows and wiring/lighting and they completly exceded our expectations. The attention to detail is fantastic. The frame Todd built will last decades. Janeen kept us informed of progress at all times and was always polite and straightfoward. They bent over backwards to make sure our trailer was perfect. I reached out to Metal Arc before buying my Boler to gauge the approximate cost I would be incurring for the repairs over the cost of the Boler. I am not a DIY person hence even a small repair /adjustment had to go to a workshop.

My email got an immediate response but more importantly I sensed the friendly attitude behind the response. Meeting Janeen in person, proved me right. Anyone who likes my super friendly Poodle, definitely scores high points! I spoke to Todd too who was very accommodating when I was running late. In short, I just felt comfortable dealing with Janeen and Todd and trusted that they would get a proper evaluation done on the condition of my Boler based on which I could decide as to how I wanted to proceed with the repairs.

Knowing that I was a Newbie, Janeen made sure that Mark explained everything to me when I went to pick my Boler up after the repairs. A big shout out to Mark and his son. I know that if I have any questions on the workings of my Boler, the answer is a just a phone call away….and that is so re-assuring. Thank you!

Before we bought our Boler we brought it to Metal Arc to have the frame inspected. They gave us a comprehensive evaluation of the the condition of the frame and several different options on how to proceed with no pressure to make any specific choice.

After seeing the quality of their custom made frames, we opted to have the boler put on a new frame, rehang the door, and have a new front and back window installed. Janeen, Todd, and their staff were wonderful to work with. They explained everything and did all the little extras that that make the difference. They completed the work in a very timely fashion and kept us up to date with the progress.

We are planning a cross country trip next summer and knowing that we have a safe and quality built frame under us makes us feel so much better. Thank you Metal Arc for your hard work and and excellent service!
