I felt like no question was a silly question and the whole experience left me with the tools and resources I needed. I loved being able to take notes in the binder and then take it home with me afterwards to refer back to.

They presented important information in a fun and engaging way over the 4 week class. We feel prepared and even excited for our birth with the information and resources the class provided.

I learnt so much from the 4-week program and appreciated having the take home binder of resources for reference once the program was completed! Thank you to this amazing duo for offering such a worthwhile program in Central Alberta.
