My vehicle looks brand new and I am so happy with the outcome. It only took a day and a half for my vehicle to be fixed and when I went to pick it up it was cleaned inside and out.

(July 2, 2021, 5:53 pm)I got hit by an absent minded driver. My insurance company sent me here. Carstar is awesome. They keep you in the loop and have great follow up so you know whats going on. Absolutely stellar customer service and the repairs they did, high quality work! I am impressed with my experience with Carstar...maybe my insurance company should do a workshop with the staff at Carstar to learn what true customer service is🤔

They communicated as the repairs progressed, were honest that there was going to be some delays with some of the product which is expected with the current shortages. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.
