(September 14, 2020, 6:12 pm)Had a dealer transfer organized by Ian to bring my 2020 Indian Springfield Darkhorse from British Columbia. The whole process was done through phone calls and emails as I was working out of town. The day I came to pick it up all the papers were ready with finance, Mike (the mechanic from the shop) came out and showed me all the little details about the bike. Ian was very thorough in answering all my questions and they even filled my motorcycle up with fuel for the first time.
I want to thank the front desk, service department, finance department and the shop guys for making this a very positive experience. -
