Timberstone Village

My husband and I recently moved into Timberstone Village from Manitoba. Jen and the Laebon team has been so accommodating to our special requests. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Everyone has been so friendly and professional to deal with. We love living in the Timberstone area. The Public Library and bike trails are super close. I think our most favourite part of this location is being able to look out to the field from our balcony. The building is very quiet and the tenants have been very friendly.

Just wanted to share a recent experience from a parent perspective . . . Our daughter moved in about a month ago, loves the place, is very happy, which makes her mom and dad happy, of course! A situation came up in our daughter's apartment and she needed help right away. We live a few hours away and couldn't get there to help her. But building management/supervisors and even the higher up management came to the rescue. They reacted immediately, treated our daughter like she was one of their family members. They took time away from their own families and private lives to help our daughter. We were humbled by their personal touch and their immediate actions to help out. Can't say enough great things about the supervisory people involved who reacted right away and took care of the problem. Great job! Timberstone Village employees deserve a ton of credit and a huge thank you from us for showing some things that are, perhaps, rarities in our world today - kindness, caring attitude, common sense, empathy and the ability to go above and beyond the call of duty to help out a fellow human being when she was in need. Huge thank you from us. What you did meant so much . . . and it reinforced the view that there are still good people out there in the world who have big hearts.

Super clean building, lots of parking, very well maintained building and well taken care of. Any maintenance requests are handled in well appropriate time. Andre (General Manager) is top notch, very professional, quick with responses and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend Timberlands Village.

Lived here (Building C) for the last year absolutely loved it! Very quiet for an apartment complex; never ran into anyone in the halls nor elevator. Loved the diversity, family friendly and pet friendly environment. In-suite laundry and large balcony’s were a huge perk. Super clean hallways, parking, and an overall well maintained building.
