TIMBERLANDS Physiotherapy Clinic is a centre for pain control and function restoration. We belong to a mother-organization called ALBERTA REHABILITAION CONSULTANTS AND RESEARCH (ARCaR) CENTRE INC. A network organization that brings together the knowledge and skills of experienced and academic physical therapy, kinesiology and other physical medicine (and medical rehabilitation) related professionals from diverse life backgrounds with a common vision "To become the most sought after clinical source of evidence-based physical therapy and medical rehabilitation assessments, interventions and physical health promotion and injury prevention to central Alberta residents in order to ensure Albertans are the most physically healthy individuals in North America".

We are conveniently located in Red Deer, Central Alberta with a potential coverage of 150,000 population. Our location at the new development called Timberlands Market in the north-east area of Red Deer positions us to serve the residents of Red Deer, Blackfalds, Innisfail and area.

Timberlands Physical Therapy Clinic is an ARCAR Centre hence a Data-driven clinic. We believe in providing evidence-based care and incorporating medium and high level evidence into our movement disorder diagnoses and care protocols.

    Loved these guys! I came in in rough shape and six weeks later I’m so much better and back to work! Considerate people, kind hearts and knowledgeable service. Would recommend to anyone

    Great service! Very knowledgeable PT! I’ve been to other PT before and they will only usually do acupuncture to me, no manipulation and passive exercises. Sheyi the PT is awesome! He’s my official PT now. Highly recommended 👍🏻

    Sheri is very professional & knowledgeable. He truly cares about the well being of myself and his clients. Love his laugh and sense of humour! I would highly recommend seeing him if you are ever in need of physiotherapy. Moto is always friendly and welcoming at the desk. Great location!! No worries about parking. Thank you
