The quality of the work is exceptional.
It is very reassuring to have such knowledge, trusting professionals repair and educate me about my furnace and plumbing. I learned a lot about maintaining my home, and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
When it’s this cold outside (-35), and your furnace goes. Calling a company so trusting that genuinely cares about people is comforting. Also knowing they did it right.

(December 4, 2021, 12:16 am)I was having issues with my plumbing backing up into my shower. I called The Gentleman Pros and they had somebody at my house within a few hours. Frank & Emmanuel were very professional and knowledgeable on all the questions I asked. They explained my entire plumbing system to me and had the issue resolved within an hour. They were very upfront about the costs of their services and explained all the options I had. As a bonus they both had very good personalities and we were able to have a few laughs as they were working. I highly recommend this company if you are in the need of a plumber. I’m guessing they are just as wonderful in heating, HVAC, and electrical as well.

(December 3, 2021, 4:19 pm)We are grateful that we tried GP a couple of years ago, as since then we have continued to have exemplary service for both urgent and non-urgent issues. We got to see Frank again and it's so nice to see a familiar face. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was with a new hire Emmanuel, who was just lovely. We appreciate that we never feel that GP is trying to upsell us things that we don't need. Everything is explained clearly with options for resolutions discussed. We have signed up for their VIP service which has proven well worth the money. A big shout out to Jason and Devon from our yearly inspection earlier this fall, as what we thought was going to be an uneventful inspection unearthed several issues. They were so generous with their time, expertise and good humour through it all even though it made their day a long one.

(November 20, 2021, 3:54 am)Jason and Devin are simply brilliant. They initially came to perform a yearly furnace and plumbing inspection. Unfortunately it was found that both of our 28 year old furnaces were dangerous to use, and had to be shut off to avoid harm to any members of the household from carbon monoxide. This didn’t come at the best time of year, with night time temperatures dropping. But Jason stepped in and assured us that our comfort was his priority. He went through the best furnace options for our size of property and floor layout, and once we had agreed on the type of furnace that best suited our home and budget Jason and Devin got straight into dismantling and clearing out the old furnaces. They stayed until 10pm, and were back the next morning at the agreed time to start installing the first of 2 furnaces. They worked tirelessly to get the main floor and basement furnace working before they left at 10pm, to ensure we had some heat to the house. Day 3 Jason and Devin returned to complete the job. Along the way any questions or concerns that we had were answered promptly. Everything was explained in a timely fashion.
Jason and Devin demonstrated professional pride in the installation of our new heating system, and the end of job checklist was exhaustive to ensure absolutely nothing was overlooked. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to seeing a job well done through to the end. -

All of my questions were answered with the confidence of a competent and experienced technician. Additionally, Rachelle even made a point of explaining things before being asked. The Annual Home Inspection was done thoroughly and in a timely manner; no rushing! Well done Rachelle! Thanks for your professionalism. -RSI
