He is always polite and quick to respond with all my questions and is always looking out to make sure we have the best policy to fit our needs. He is on top of everything and I do not have to worry as he is accurate with all documentation. We appreciate all his hard work and dedication to the industry. I was impressed with her insurance knowledge and ability to explain things in a clear and concise way. She was patient, positive, and listened carefully to my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
