I decided to switch to mortgage brokers and found Red Deer Mortgage Lending, after looking at the reviews I seen great things about Katherine and decided to contact her. I am so happy I did. Katherine was responsive, honest and had my husband and my best interest in mind through out the process. The overall process took about two weeks, I never had to reach out to Katherine for an update she always messaged me. We are from BC and we plan to use Katherine again for our next purchase!
