Mostly a great place, do your research and get to know the staff. Also be aware that the Eden philosophy sounds nice but isn't really applied. As far as a long term care type setting this is in my opinion red deers best. If you are family be sure to be involved in your loved ones care.

Visited a person who is a friend's relative of mine. So I'm not directly involved. This facility was very clean. Extremely organized, and very helpful in every way. The parking is good, and was happy to visit this person in this facility.

Nice clean home but the meals need some changes the residents should have some say they are paying enough to live there

My grandparents live here right now. My grandma is being taken care of while my grandpa is still living independently but this allows them to stay together as much as possible. They do crafts and painting, serve lunch and dinner. Bring in hair stylists for the clients. It seems to be a really great place with caring and knowledgable staff.
