(June 5, 2020, 11:26 pm)They fixed my phone after I cracked the screen, and that's really all I wanted of them. Also applied a phone screen for me which is nice. However, I had to call into the store to see if my pre-ordered phone screen was there, and then was asked if I had received a call from them when I entered the store. Would like there to be some way of keeping track of these things between store workers. As well, they did not inform me that they would need my password beforehand. They did not give me the contract to sign beforehand, and then tried to hurry me when I was reading it. Finally, I was not told that my phone would have to be a certain percent of battery (75%) before they could replace the screen. If I had known that, I would have ensured that before I came in for the job. Overall, they did the job I wanted. But what was quoted as an hour job, really took two and a half hours. Job done, but some improvements could be made.
