(May 20, 2021, 7:03 pm)From the Estimator to the Project Manager to the Workers who did the work - Epic Roofing & Exteriors Red Deer was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and concerns. The siding was a good match to the existing siding. The Project Manager made sure that when they stacked the roofing tiles they were spread out on the roof to avoid interior ceiling cracks. Great experience and many thanks.

The area was clean after each day and once completed the Epic inspector verified the installation. Would highly recommend Epic Roofing to your next installation. Epic was my insurance company's preferred go-to. Overall, Epic has very good customer service with professionalism and integrity. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of the replacements. I would absolutely recommend Epic Roofing & Exteriors for anyone who requires work to be accomplished on the exterior of their home. Good job Anomi & Ira and your crews!

Follow up happened with post work inspection and calls to check on our satisfaction. We appreciated their professionalism and their willingness to ensure our satisfaction with all aspects of the repairs we needed.
