The minute we got to the dealership they were already calling around for a rental. They found us a truck in Lethbridge and gave us a loaner to go pick up the rental. Words do not describe how grateful we are receiving this kind of service. They were very understanding and sympathetic regarding our situation. Thank you so much to the service department.

(March 18, 2020, 6:13 pm)I recently purchased a 2020 GMC Terrain and can’t say enough good about it. Along with having a classic look, it is comfortable inside, is a dream to drive and I’m thoroughly enjoying the all the technology that GM has designed in it.
Westcastle has been a complete pleasure to deal with! As soon as you walk in Rita the receptionist has a warm and welcoming smile, Roxann was so informative and helpful with the whole process and Jill and Corey were honest and straight forward with the financial end of transaction.
