Her knowledge of anatomy and massage techniques was very apparent. She found all my trouble spots and released so much of my tension. Looking forward to my next appointment and improving my overall well being with Krista’s help.

(May 16, 2022, 8:15 pm)I've been to several yoga classes and a couple workshops at the Yogarise studio. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the space is relaxing and beautiful. All of the classes have been professional but friendly and encouraging, so I recommend for yoga practitioners of skill levels!

(March 15, 2022, 12:03 am)This yoga studio is perfect, a gem in Parkland & Lac St Anne county! Truly a beautiful space nestled in the trees & a beautiful deck over looking
into rolling hills & farm land. A space that is warm, welcoming, unpretentious, inviting, kind and nourishing. Just like the owner of the studio, Krista. A very sweet & friendly studio for those who maybe a little shy of stepping out for the first time into yoga & for those who have been practicing for a while, it’s got it all and it’s only just beginning! I’m on my 5th class and LOVING it! I feel blessed we have a studio in our rural neighbourhood :-)
