I purchased a home in the brickyard from Kirkland homes in 2018, the warranty department and I got off to a rocky start as I had some issues regarding my garage pad and counter tops in the kitchen, after meeting with the president/general manager and my real estate agent we were able to come up with a solution for the garage pad, they have since rectified the garage pad and are currently working on fixing the kitchen counter top issue. After having a couple of conversations with the president it is evident that he cares about the Kirkland brand and will stand behind his homes.
