I have been doing the 90 day total body transformation with Amanda. With her expertise as a health coach she really helped me find the root of why I kept going through the yo yo cycle. I also found the habits to consistently exercise and find balanced eating for my body type . I feel so much better, more energy and more confident in my body . I highly recommend PureFit.

Things I never even thought of doing or knew I could do, she has given me the push and guidance I've needed on this new journey I've begun to finally do something for myself. Mentally and physically. She is so knowledgeable and always making sure I am comfortable and taking my time to do things right. I am so grateful for her, she is such an amazingly kind person.
