(October 29, 2020, 12:18 am)We have had to call Dirk to our home twice in the past year (always in cold weather!) and both times he went above and beyond to ensure we didn't go without heat. He stayed late and was always cheerful and upbeat. We would wholeheartedly recommend him!

He gladly made time in his busy schedule, was very personable, professional, and even completed a few unforeseen tasks. At the end of the day he even charged us less than quoted.
