I experienced everything you would want in a contractor. High quality service and work, professional operators and site supervisors, incredible pricing, and more than anything - accountability. When a minor mistake on excavation lead to some difficulty, Kichton went out of their way to both fix the problem and more than make up for sunk costs. No hesitation, no arguing - they just fully took care of it all.
My contacts Chris, Lorne, and Shane we're all exceptional to deal with. If I ever take on a project large enough to require Kichton, they will be my only call. They are alone at the top for what they do.
