(September 6, 2017, 6:03 pm)I am attending Hypnosis for Health and Happiness in Castor for weight loss assistance. I am going onto week 3 in the program and am really enjoying it. In just two weeks I am seeing myself in a whole new POSITIVE light which has never happened before! I find it easier every day to make healthier choices that are bringing me to my small and long-term goals. I look forward to the next weeks ahead as I continue with Hypnosis for Health and Happiness!!

The hypnotherapist Trisha is motivating me to eat healthy and exercise as a part of my everyday life. She always makes me feel comfortable. She taught me to self hypnotize myself to look positively at the challenges ahead! I love the group class that occurs once a month! It's great to learn new strategies from Trisha and be motivated by the other people in the Weightloss group. Thanks!
