Trevor had recently helped my Daughter and son in law to sell their property and it was his accurate and timely reading of the market that he was able to advise them of a very favourable pricing and timing opportunity to sell their property.
Using my daughters experience with Trevor he provided myself with a comprehensive& favourable market report with an evaluation I was comfortable with. On Trevors recommendation my property went live on a Monday morning and 12 hrs later I was accepting an offer way in excess of my valuation.
Throughout the entire process from the initial meeting to listing and arranging viewings and final completions Trevor kept myself fully informed and guided me through all the required steps for selling my property.

He is not like other real estate agents who just want to make the sale, Trevor listens and provides great options.
