(October 22, 2021, 9:52 pm)Tamara's Yoga Nidra classes are the best I've ever been to hands down! Her words and voice are so soothing and draw you deeply into a meditative state. Her flow classes are challenging and fun. I strongly recommend Tamara as a teacher and she is a wonderful person as well. :)
