(June 12, 2022, 3:02 am)We are looking at purchasing a house in Okotoks built in 1902, and had a difficult time finding someone who we felt would be knowledgeable enough to give us an honest inspection. Dan was very professional, easy to talk to, and pointed out several items that I overlooked myself. All in all, I'd use D. Shoop again, and would recommend him to anyone looking to have an inspection completed

He was initially hired by the purchasers of our home and in our interactions he was considerate and thorough, so much so, that we decided to also hire him to conduct an inspection on the home we were looking at purchasing. Throughout the whole process he was informative, provided great explanations to consider, and very professional. I would recommend him again and again. Thank you Dan!

He is clearly very knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful addressing all our questions and finding deficiencies and improvements we didn't even know existed despite already living here! His advice and approach was practical and well grounded. Would happily recommend him to others.
