Care is client centered, focusing on your own personal goals and finding exercises that work realistically with your lifestyle to reach those goals. Being a mom herself, she truly understands pregnancy, labor, birth, and the chaos of caring for a new baby while recovering. She is always learning and exploring new approaches in order to better help patients. I can't recommend her enough!

She has supported me with various issues in both of my postpartum periods including c-section recovery and breastfeeding support. Raina is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain exercises and tips for recovery in a way that I understood. She also has personal experience with pregnancy and motherhood so she feels really relatable and someone you can feel comfortable talking to. You can also tell that she really cares about her work and truly wants the best for her patients. I would highly recommend Raina as a physiotherapist!

After years of being treated with pain that became apparent during my first pregnancy through to post-partum issues from pregnancy & birth, Raina has been there to help the healing process move forward. From finding the correct source of pain, to developing tools to help combat the pain, and start the healing process. Highly recommend Raina as a physiotherapist and Women's Health in Pelvic Floor.
