(January 16, 2024, 7:20 pm)I’d give Newell Automotive a 10 if I could. When my husband’s truck battery died, and because of issues with the power locks in the truck we couldn’t get in the truck to attempt to boost it. Carl came to us, found a way to open the hood, installed a new battery so the fob could open the locks. Talk about going above and beyond!!!! I highly recommend Newell Automotive to anyone in the Duchess or Brooks area.

(September 1, 2023, 3:41 pm)Took my 22’’ rims here off my 2017 Gmc Sierra Denali, one of the techs made a mistake and badly scratched two of the rims. Im still leaving a 5 star review because the owner was very understanding and has been very easy to deal with which goes a long way for me
