(April 1, 2023, 11:24 am)Most realtors, upon hearing the words court-ordered sale, will suddenly be too busy to take your listing. Not Cretia Bergquist! Her immediate response was to put together one of the most comprehensive analysis of the property that our lawyer had ever seen. The sale of the home was a lengthy and difficult process complicated by numerous court orders and a hoarding situation. Cretia never lost faith and neatly stepped over every hurdle thrown in her path-and there were many. We can’t say enough about her professionalism and experience. Five stars are nowhere near enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was able to make what I thought was an impossible dream a reality when she hung the sold sign outside of my house! She made sure I was always informed of any upcoming showings and was quick with following up with any information from them. Cretia listened to my needs and concerns and made sure that the sale of my home was a fairly painless process for me. I would 100% recommend Cretia and her team at Century 21 to anyone and should the need for a realtor come up for me again, she will most definitely be my go to!

She answered all my messages and calls really fast and made me feel like I was as important as if I was buying a million dollar home not a condo... The buying experience with her is above and beyond. She did everything in her power and then some to broker a deal that made everyone happy! Highly recommend Tammy Cyr!
