Sam is such an amazing young man called him to get my sewer line unfrozen and he was able to do it immediately. I went to meet him at the farm when I found out I didn't have brakes on my son in las vehicle so I called him to let him know I wouldn't be able to get there that day and he offered to pick me up and return me to my daughter's. When he picked me up he even checked the brakes and gave me an idea of what was wrong. On the way he was so kind and listened about my rough week I was having. I can't thank him enough. Sam and his assistant Morgan were very professional and polite. Prompt service, on time and efficient. In addition to pumping out the tank they rinsed it. Good value and service.
This service was recommended by the sewer tank pump out guy and before our renters were able to get ahold of us they had called him and as soon as we contacted him he was on his way. He had the line fixed and even helped our renter figure out that pump was fine and helped him fix hose. Exceptional service - quick invoicing and payment over phone as we live four hours away. Sam from Pressure Pro came to thaw out a frozen drain line in our shop, and was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, courteous, and did excellent work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. Price was reasonable, and everything was left in a clean and professional state when done.
Unbelievable service! Came out with little to no notice on a Sunday night (10:30 pm) and continued to work until 1:00 am to solve our frozen sewer line. As it was getting late, but not to be defeated returned the following night to finish the job with complete success. On time, reasonable rates and very professional. Highly recommend!
