My wife Kathy and I decided after almost 20 years that it was time to upgrade from our 1 room cabin. Trying to find a reliable contractor in the middle of the boreal forest proved to be quite challenging, then I found Pleasant Homes on the web. After a few discussions with Clayton on size and pricing we were on our way to having our new house/cabin built and delivered. Thanks to Clayton and Simon we spent the holidays in our new home. I can not speak highly enough about this company. I suffered a sewer back up in my trailer. I called a restoration company who sent out Pleasant homes. They came out on a rush basis. Simon did the initial investigation as well as some mitigation and then sent out a crew to complete the rest of the work. Jay and his helper (I feel bad I don’t remember his name) were absolutely amazing!! they were so friendly and had me laughing pretty hard. They did a very through job, explaining what they found, where they found it and what they did to fix it. Being a claims person myself I can tell you they did a stellar job and I so appreciate how quick they dealt with this issue! Thank you Pleasant Homes for saving my trailer!

I had a great experience with pleasant home and Clayton. Loved the endless amount of options we could put into our house, full customization of our floor plan and any add on we desired. Once our house was completed it was better than we expected and all of the finishings turned out great. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a new home.
