(December 30, 2021, 8:04 pm)Place is ok. Staff are ok. Experience ok. But product that we bought is very disappointing. Avoid getting loose lay vinyl plank. It’s garbage. Gaps showing up, cracks forming and scratches very easily. We followed instructions. Installed it exactly as we were instructed. We asked all kinds of questions about it and were worried about these issues. We were told it won’t do this. Only in extreme temperature changes. Well, our house is pretty much always low 20’s. They said they would take back unused items but, that still leaves us with flooring we hate in the rest of the house and out our money. It’s horrible, thin and shows any slight imperfection in subfloor. But you can’t use underlay and so, it’s basically linoleum, cut into small planks. Terrible stuff. We had 2 friends that bought the vinyl plank click and they are very happy with it.

They have their own line so you don't see the same flooring as everywhere else.
