(March 23, 2023, 2:22 am)I planned a trip to Scotland including team members for a week of international curling at an invitational bonspiel with Sandra Jackson, Owner/Operator Wood Travel. Sandra made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free!
Helped set up all details and everything worked like clockwork, handling everything from flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals. Sandra offered full contact information staying in communication via text message or email throughout the trip. Advising on COVID protocols on a per country basis as they may apply and to include current Canadian requirements upon return.
Overall ‘Wood Travel’ exceeded expectation creating a wonderful travel experience. I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process and keeping us organized with clear schedules, local contacts, and all our travel documents.
The extended and amazing customer service was unprecedented and greatly appreciated. Sandra is great to work with, maintaining an informed and credible knowledge of your travel destination! She responds very promptly to requests and has helped to make unforgettable memories associated with this trip.

And gave me a great recommendation for a very kids friendly Hotel, which we ended up booking through them! I had everything taken care of before my arrival, it was so nice to not have to worry about things! I told them what activities I was interested in and they sent me tons of information on different things I could do and even looked into if we could all participate. Then they booked whatever I picked for me beforehand. The only thing I had to book myself was restaurants and a rental car. Definitely would recommend!

(January 9, 2023, 5:15 pm)We had a great family trip to Costa Rica during the Christmas break. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with so much to see and do. Sandra was an excellent travel agent. She kept us abreast of any delays and provided us with information to make sure our trip ran smoothly. We will definitely be using Sandra and Wood travel as we plan our next adventure in 2023.
