(June 18, 2023, 7:37 pm)There was once a time when the uttering of the phrase "bowling" triggered intense flashbacks and immediate panic attacks. You see, my late Grandmother, god bless her soul, lost her life at a Bowling alley just like this one. Manslaughter, they called it. I called it a Turkey (three strikes and you're out, bowling style). However, the good people at Galaxy bowling helped me overcome the loss by providing the greatest dining and bowling experience of my lifetime.
The alleys were waxed life a Kardashian's behind, I'm talking absolute top-level, whole-grain waxiness. The balls felt splendid in my hands and I felt their immaculate shape, every curve, every orifice. Don't even get me started on the pizza, though. It was so delicious and nourishing that I sucked back a couple of cold ones while I bowled my best game ever, a 57. They were even kind enough to raise the bumpers.
All in all, a life-changing experience for me. I can't wait to go back here with my fellas from the Calgary Pigeon racing club. -

(March 10, 2023, 12:38 am)Came here for a friend's birthday party and had a great time! I always used to come here and it is the better place in town for bowling. The best time to come is when they do glow bowling later in the day.
A heads up to any adult groups coming here, there are always young kids doing parties here as well so do mind that if you don't want screaming kids as a possibility when you come. They do have a bar area and you can drink while you bowl which is always fun. They also have pool and darts in the bar area as well which is separated from the general bowling area.
Food is always mid but that's not why you come here. It's more nostalgic ordering a personal Pizza Hut pizza than anything else really. -

(July 16, 2022, 1:47 am)Went here during family reunion. Great fun. I haven't been bowling in a long time and want sure if I'd like it. Turns out it was a lot of fun and this location was awesome. Nice ambiance. Place looked clean and staff were helpful in getting us started as well as troubleshooting lane problems. It was an enjoyable afternoon. Would definitely come here again.
