Elise made me feel very comfortable during my visit and carefully explained what she was doing throughout the procedure. The appointment didn't feel rushed, which helped put me at ease. They are very prompt with getting results back to you, which I was grateful for. I will definitely be booking my future exams with this family-based office.

I was booked in less than 48 hours of speaking to my doctor.
The front receptionist was very friendly and sweet.
The technician I got was Alex and he is the best technician I have ever had before. Alex did everything to make me comfortable! He was very informative and verbal about what he was doing. I never once thought "okay, what is next". He talked me through everything. At one point I got curious about what he was doing and he turned on the screen in front of me so I could watch what he was doing. I have never had this great of an experience before. 10/5 rating for him.
