(July 11, 2023, 4:51 pm)Will probably not shop here again. Will consider recycled or pre loved toys in the future. Toys R Us has a very strict return policy. We sliced open the seal to one boxed toy and took out a couple pieces from its plastic holds and we were told the toy couldn’t be returned because it was opened and they couldn’t resell it, even a gift card was not given as an option. This was the following day from purchase. The prices of toys are really high here so you better be sure you like and know what your getting (just from seeing the box itself and not what’s inside or removing what’s inside from the packaging) because if you take the toy out and change your mind…well it’s on you then.

(November 26, 2022, 3:10 am)I came into the store today and it was certainly busy! The Black Friday deals are amazing and I got plenty of gifts for my grandkids! All staff I came into contact with were very helpful and pleasant, plus I praise the organisation of your cashiers this morning, as the line moved quickly.
