(August 1, 2023, 4:31 am)I want to say the girls name was Kiera sorry if that’s wrong but she was absolutely amazing was very informative with what to buy scanned my feet so I could get the perfect size and from there walked me through making sure everything was perfect. My grandma had come with me who had owned shoe stores herself and my grandma did not have to tell me or her a single thing the girl was absolutely amazing thank you!

(December 20, 2022, 4:06 am)Went in for a pair of new work boots and the girl was very helpful and walked me through the process for finding the right boot for my foot and also once we found the right boot than we had the option of other foot support insoles which was awesome. The boots have been great and are standing up well to the weather, can’t wait to take in for a oil/ service soon. They have a lot of other options in the store for clothing, gloves, etc.. check them out for good quality stuff. Thanks team

But this particular location does need a review. The service is top notch and worth the premium cost of the boots and other merchandise here. From helping you find the right style and fitting, to providing regular, lifetime conditioning and cleaning of your boots, they leave nothing out. Do yourself a favour, increase your budget for work boots for one year only, and recoup the benefits for a lifetime. -

(April 3, 2022, 3:06 pm)I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. The staff were polite and very helpful in finding me a pair of insoles for my hiking boots. They did a 3D scan of my feet and stride analysis to find me the perfect pair - very unique technology and a great experience! I enjoyed their service so much that I went back and bought a casual pair of boots I had my eye on (Iron Rangers - obsessed!!). They are extremely comfortable and were easy to break in. I am constantly getting complimented and asked where I got them. Overall, between the location, services offered, staff, and quality of products, this location gets 5++ stars! Thanks again to the team at Red Wing Lethbridge!
