(April 12, 2023, 2:29 am)I am continually impressed by Leading Edge Mobility. Taylor assisted in pairing me with my second power chair. He was patient with me as I trialed many types of wheelchairs. I am so appreciative of the after care I got once I received my chair as well. He was very patient and took the time to ensure the settings were to my liking and that I was comfortable with using my new chair. He was honest when I asked about add ons, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He definitely made the transition to a new wheelchair as seemless as possible. Picking a new wheelchair is HUGE decision and I felt that Taylor understood how important a wheelchair is to person with mobility challenges. Additionally, the front desk receptionist is always warm and welcoming. Thank you!

(September 1, 2021, 5:17 pm)Let me first say that, I have dealt with all the mobility aid stores in Lethbridge and by far Leading Edge Mobility (Used to be MediChair) is the most courteous and client friendly store. The staff is so helpful making sure all your needs are met, not by being pushy but by being empathetic to your circumstances. I deal primarily with Chris and he has gone above and beyond of what’s to be expected from customer service. He came into my home and was extremely respectful while answering my questions and making sure and making all our bases were covered when ordering a new power wheelchair. I %100 would recommend using Leading Edge, exceptional service and staff.
Thanks Chris for all your help and time you put in to make sure I get everything I need!

Taylor, their sales representative, was very thorough and knowledgeable answering all my questions with ease. I’m so happy to be able to work with Leading Edge during this difficult illness.

It is clear that they want the best for individuals with different- abilities and/ or illnesses. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations with the caliber of the repairs they have done on my adaptive equipment. They take the time to listen to my concerns and make adjustments accordingly. I just received my new power wheelchair, and I could not be happier with the services provided. Thank you for fighting with me! You guys are awesome. If you are looking for a place to bring all of your equipment needs- these guys are the real deal!

Had all the equipment that was needed right away. Taylor was the rep we dealt with, he took all the guess work out of any of our concerns, and installed everything very quickly and efficiently.
