Only issue that I have had is when I bought a pair of 5.11 gloves for work back in mid May of last year there was a hole next to the seams (as seen in the photo). I reached out via Facebook messenger and got and got the automated message then I sent the same photo I attached here and the message was “seen” May 26th with no response.
I live in Medicine Hat so it’s not that easy to just come to the store and chat with the staff about my issue hence me reaching out via Facebook Messenger. -
