(March 8, 2023, 3:32 pm)I ised to recommend General Collision to anyone who needed body work my previous experiences were all great and fast. Now this time i have been left waiting 6 weeks and gotten no replies on any phone call or even talking to a person at the shop as to any time line to my truck being finished. I am seriously wanting to just ask for a refund so i can go elsewhere.

Kevin, Kaylee and staff went way above and beyond in helping me with advice and repair in a very difficult situation. They took extra time and effort to take care of me as a customer not just to line their pockets. I would highly recommend General Collision to all my family and friends.

As a young female student who knows little about vehicles, I was worried about getting “raked over the coals” when looking for a business to repair my vehicle at an affordable price. Everyone at General Collision was super kind and helpful, very informative, and did everything possible to help me get my car back on the road at the lowest possible price.
