Dan was very helpful in explaining the build and the trades he used for electrical and concrete did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Loridan Construction to anyone wanting a garage built.

We were thrilled at the work he did and how he did it. We had regular updates and he was available for questions whenever they popped up.

(November 19, 2019, 4:56 pm)From the very start, Dan of Loridan Construction was professional and knowledgeable about everything from start to finish and the time frame it would take. I had a few curves to throw at Dan about adding an additional window and installing a door. And he always provided quotes by the end of the day. Also went to a different exterior finish, with a separate contractor and he was fine with all aspects of the work. Overall a great job.
