(March 31, 2024, 6:46 pm)Hi I would like to give a shout out to Steve and his company Metal heads, I was referred to his company from another steel place. So they gave me Steve's phone number. So I called him and he was so helpful on the phone so I decided to drive out to see him. When I got there once more Steve was so approachable I was looking for some telescopic tubing
Steve went right out of the way to help me out, he cut the metal to the size I wanted and he was going to give it to me ,free of charge but I said Know that I would pay for it, so he charged me 10.00
He has very helpful people that come in and out of his company that also go out of there way to help someone that they just met.
I will be going back to Metal Heads very soon

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to put me in contact with a few different local suppliers and even attempted to get me a discount through referral. This shows the business' dedication and willingness to help out even though they wouldn't be making a sale directly with me. Next level customer support/experience.

Well worth making a trip from Edmonton, the last piece I bought from Steve was actually less than 1/2 the price of the big name metal chain in the City. Support local small businesses!
