My partner and I have lived in west haven for the last 2 years and are only moving due to work. We’ve absolutely loved the staff, especially Jessica Strutt for all of the amazing things they’ve done for us. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and is all around a really cool down to earth person. We couldn’t have been luckier to have had her work with us on a day to day basis. Wed recommend westhaven apartments to absolutely anyone. We’ll miss you Jess 🥺💛

If you've ever been burned by a big rental company before, feeling like they just don't care and they're there to take your money, well... that's fair. I was burned too. But what I experienced from Broadstreet here totally changed my mind. They were always quick & responsive to any issues we had, they made moving in and out stress free, and honestly, the staff were just a pleasure to deal with.
